We had a wonderful stay at this modern and newly opened hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to bus stations and just a short walk to Osmanbey Street. The room was spacious, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was also spotlessly clean, with daily housekeeping and great soundproof windows that kept the outside noise away. The staff were incredibly helpful and respectful—special thanks to Sahar and her amazing team who went above and beyond to assist with anything we needed. Highly recommended!

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff was incredibly friendly, polite, and genuinely caring, always ready to assist with any request or question we had. We would especially like to express our gratitude to Sahar, Serkan, and Pinar for their outstanding service throughout ourstay. The breakfast served each morning was delicious with wide variety of options. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was impressive. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job. We`ll be happy to stay here again.

The location of the hotel is close to popular areas and the staff members go out and about to help us with any of our requests. The breakfast was also pretty varied. Special thanks to Can&Abdulrahman Atilla <3 They are very sweet, open and very helpful. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

The staff were warm, attentive, and truly made us feel welcome. room was clean, and quiet—great for relaxing after a long day. Breakfast was enjoyable each morning, with a good variety of fresh options served in a clean and well-kept dining area. The breakfast staff were especially kind and attentive, always making sure we had what we needed. Staff in the lobby also stood out—offering us water and traditional Turkish coffee with a smile, which added a lovely touch to our stay. Housekeeping was excellent too—our rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day, and the cleaners were some of the friendliest we encountered. We mostly got around by taxi, so can’t comment on nearby attractions or public transport.

We stayed at Icon Hotel Bomonti from May 26 till June 4. I loved it very much! The hotel is new, you can feel it by everything there: the room, the furniture, the bathroom. We had breakfast included and we liked our breakfasts there. The man (I guess the manager) and a young man who work there at the canteen were very friendly with us. Thank you to them 😊 The hotel is located kind of far from the nearest metro station and a bus stop but we liked our way from hotel to metro or a bus stop. We liked walking there, and see local markets, mini shops, cafes on our way, so after a few days we got used to walk there and didn’t feel that it was far, because we experienced real Turkey along the way. I would like to thank the kindest people who work at the reception desk in Icon Hotel Bomonti: Eyup bey (who we met first when we checked in), Seher hanım (who was always so smiley and kind to us) and Akın bey (who shook my hands to say goodbye because he knew we were going to leave the next morning). You are the best! Thank you so much for your kind and warm hearts! I already miss you all and I am so greatful to you for your sincere smiles and that you are always ready to help! ❤️ You made our stay so special! I would also like to thank other people who worked there and who also were very helpful and friendly: Tamar bey, Harun bey (he tried to help me fix my bag 😊), Adın bey and Serkan bey (who has a very kind smile) 😊 thank you all so much!

Having visited Istanbul many times, I can confidently say this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! From now on, it will be my top and only choice for all my future visits to this amazing city. What truly makes this hotel exceptional is its outstanding staff. Every single team member I encountered was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. Excellent hotel with super-friendly people, from the people at reception (eg Seher), to the barman. I felt like I was part of the family. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. A very good experience. I will repeat.
